Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Revelution Society (“the Company”) and the Customer. By submitting a booking form and securing a deposit, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment Agreement
All experiences require completion of a booking form and payment of a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Revelution Society reserves the right to adjust deposit requirements based on booking date, availability, and vendor deadlines.
The remaining balance will be collected according to the following payment schedule:
25% due by February 22
50% due by March 15
Final 25% due by April 1
All balances must be paid in full by April 1, 2026 to participate in the experience. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. Flexible payment options may be offered at the discretion of Revelution Society.
Revelution Society reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with the payment schedule.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Due to vendor commitments and strict deadlines, credits are not guaranteed and may only be issued at the sole discretion of Revelution Society if permitted by vendor policies.
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations due to personal circumstances, missed flights, illness, schedule changes, or failure to attend any portion of the experience. Once final balances are paid, all sales are final.
Revelution Society is not responsible for changes to Carnival events, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Travel, Liability & Assumption of Risk
Revelution Society acts solely as a coordinator of experiences and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, illnesses, damages, or expenses resulting from travel, third-party vendors, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Participation in all activities is voluntary and undertaken at the Customer’s own risk. Revelution Society is not liable for missed events due to personal travel issues, late arrivals, early departures, or failure to attend scheduled activities.
By booking, the Customer releases and holds harmless Revelution Society from any liability arising from participation in the experience.
4. Travel Insurance Recommendation
Revelution Society strongly recommends that all Customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, injuries, and unforeseen circumstances.
Revelution Society is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or medical expenses incurred during the experience. Customers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their personal health, safety, and well-being throughout the trip.
5. Required Documentation
Customers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including a valid passport and any required visas. Documentation must be valid for the duration of travel.
Failure to obtain or provide required documentation will result in the inability to participate in the experience, with no refunds or credits issued. Revelution Society does not assist with passport or visa processing.
6. Carnival Costume Policy
Carnival costumes may be included or offered as an add-on depending on the selected experience. Costume deposits are separate from trip deposits and are required to secure a costume. Final costume balances are due by April 1st.
Once costume orders are placed with the band, all costume payments are final. No refunds, exchanges, or size changes can be guaranteed after vendor deadlines. Costume upgrades, including wings or enhancements, are subject to availability and additional cost.
Customers who select costumes outside of designated package designs may be subject to higher pricing and will not receive package discounts.
7. Agreement & Acknowledgement
By submitting the booking form and paying the required deposit, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Revelution Society Terms & Conditions. This agreement is binding and enforceable.
