    • How do I book an experience?
      Select your experience, complete the booking form, and secure your spot with a deposit.

    • Is a deposit required?
      Yes. A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot and is separate from any costume deposit. The remaining balance is paid in installments: 25% due by February 22, 50% due by March 15, and the final 25% due by April 1. All balances must be paid in full by April 1, 2026 to participate in the experience.

    • Are payment plans available?
      Yes. Flexible payment options are offered after your initial deposit. (Klarna, PayPal Pay Later)

    • Is the deposit refundable?
      Deposits are non-refundable. Please review the booking policy before confirming.

    • Can I pay the deposit now and the remaining balance all at once on April 1?
      No. Customers must either pay the full balance upfront or follow the established payment schedule. The remaining balance cannot be deferred entirely to April 1.

    • Are hotel accommodations included?
      Hotel accommodations are included only in the Full and Signature Experiences.

    • Are rooms shared or private?
      Package pricing includes shared accommodations. Guests may upgrade to a solo room upon booking, subject to availability. Guests traveling without a roommate must select the solo room option.

    • What is the room layout?
      One-bedroom, one-bath accommodations and two-bedroom units with one or two bathrooms, depending on availability.

    • Is transportation included?
      Transportation is included for scheduled Revelution Society activities in the Full and Signature Experiences. Transportation is not included in the Road Experience.

    • Can I arrange my own transportation?
      Yes. Guests may use personal or alternative transportation at their discretion. Price remains the same.

    • Is a Carnival costume included?
      Costumes are included in the Road Experience. For the Full and Signature Experiences, costumes are available as an optional add-on.

    • Who are we playing mas with?

    • How much do costumes cost?
      Costumes start at $650 for bodywear only. Backpacks and additional upgrades are available at an extra cost.

    • How do I secure my costume?
      A separate costume deposit is required. After booking, Revelution Society will reach out to confirm sizing, section, and next steps.

    • When is the remaining balance for my Carnival costume due?
      The remaining balance for Carnival costumes is due by April 1st.

    • Can I choose a different costume outside of the selected designs?
      Yes. While Revelution Society is highlighting three costume designs — Ember Rose, Sageara, and Princess Orellia — guests may choose a different costume from other Road Gods Mas sections. Please note that selecting a costume outside of these designs will not qualify for the package pricing and will be subject to an additional or higher cost.

    • How many times do I wear my costume?
      Twice. For Carnival 2026, revelers will take part in two parade experiences. The Grand Parade takes place during the day, while the Lighted Parade happens at night, offering a completely different atmosphere with illuminated costumes and an elevated nighttime energy.

    • Is the itinerary final?
      The itinerary shared is a sample schedule. Events and activities are subject to change based on Carnival scheduling, weather, and logistics.

    • What activities are included?
      Included activities vary by experience. Full details are listed on each individual experience page.

    • Can I attend activities outside the itinerary?
      Yes. Off-schedule activities are optional and not included in the package price or transportation.

      If you’d like to add activities outside of the scheduled itinerary, let us know. We’re happy to assist with curating, coordinating, and setting them up for you.

    • What is J’ouvert?
      J’ouvert is a high-energy Carnival event that takes place in the early morning hours and is known for paint, powder, music, and nonstop vibes. It’s one of the most immersive and memorable parts of Carnival culture.


    • Are flights included?
      No. Flights are not included. Guests are responsible for booking their own airfare.

    • When should I book my flight?
      Flights should be booked after your experience is confirmed and deposit is submitted.

    • What documents are required to participate in the experience?
      Guests must have a valid passport that meets international travel requirements. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for the duration of travel.

    • Do I need a visa?
      Visa requirements vary by nationality. Guests are responsible for confirming and obtaining any required visas prior to travel.

    • Will I need to provide documentation before the trip?
      Yes. Guests may be required to submit documentation such as passport details, booking acknowledgements, and completed forms prior to arrival to ensure proper coordination.

    • What happens if I do not have the required documents?
      Guests who fail to obtain or provide the required documentation will not be eligible for refunds, credits, or compensation and may be unable to participate in the experience.

    • Does Revelution Society assist with passports or visas?
      No. Revelution Society does not assist with obtaining passports, visas, or travel authorization. All documentation is the sole responsibility of the guest.

    • How will we communicate before and during the trip?
      Guests will be added to the Revelution Society group chat via What’s App for updates, coordination, and community connection.

    • Will there be on-island support?
      Yes. Revelution Society provides coordination and support during the experience to ensure everything runs smoothly.

    • Who do I contact if I have questions?
      For any questions or support, please contact the Revelution Society team using the contact information provided on the website or through official Revelution Society communication channels.

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Due to vendor commitments and strict deadlines, credits are not guaranteed and may only be issued at the discretion of Revelution Society if permitted by vendor policies.

    No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations due to personal circumstances, missed flights, schedule changes, or failure to attend any portion of the experience. Once final balances are paid, all sales are final.
